Conrad and his team were amazing. They worked hard on our bathroom remodel to remove our old bathtub and old tile and replace it with a walk-in shower with beautiful new tile of our choice. They installed grab bars and a wonderful dual shower head. They were very respectful of our property and covered our carpet and bathroom floor to prevent damage. And left everything spotless when the project was complete. We are so happy with the end result!

Expert Framing in Western Washington
Framing is the structural backbone of any home. At Midnight Tile & Remodel, LLC, we handle framing for new builds, room additions, and remodel projects across Tacoma. Our work covers wall framing, floor systems, roof framing, and load-bearing modifications. Every project follows the Tacoma Building Code, which incorporates the Washington State Building Code and local amendments. Tacoma's wet climate puts real pressure on framing systems. Moisture intrusion at the framing stage can cause long-term structural problems, so we take care with layout, spacing, and building wrap integration from the start. Whether you are adding a room to an older Tacoma home or starting a ground-up build, we work from your architectural plans and keep the scope clear before a single board goes up. Contact Midnight Tile & Remodel, LLC to talk through your framing project and get a straight assessment of what your build requires.
